The DS3231 RTC Module is a high-accuracy real-time clock module with an integrated temperature sensor, ideal for projects that require precise timekeeping and temperature monitoring. Unlike basic RTC modules, the DS3231 features a temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO), ensuring excellent accuracy even with temperature changes.
This version is supplied without a backup battery, allowing users to add their own CR2032 coin cell if backup power is required. The module communicates via the I²C interface, making it very easy to use with Arduino, ESP8266, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, PIC, AVR, and other microcontrollers.
