Description
Charge four phones from one 12V battery.
The XFW-KC42-4 turns any 6–32V DC source into four fast-charging USB ports. Wire it to a car battery, solar setup or IPS, and every phone gets the speed it asks for.

Each port talks to the phone and picks the fastest safe setting. Choose a brand to see a typical result.

What you can build
No code needed. Wire it up and it works.
Solar phone charging station
Connect it to the 12V/24V load output of a solar charge controller. A great fit for village and off-grid shops.
Car or microbus hub
Four fast ports for passengers, fed from the battery through a fuse.
IPS charging point
Keep phones and routers charged during load shedding.
DIY power bank dock
Pair it with a 12V lead-acid or Li-ion pack.
Shop charging stand
Four customer phones from one 12V adapter.
Power for Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi
Take a stable 5V over a USB cable from any port.
Wiring in four steps
- Connect IN+ to the positive supply and IN− to ground. Check the polarity twice.
- Use a source with enough current for every port. Four phones at 9V need a strong supply.
- Add a fuse on the positive wire for car and battery installs.
- Plug in your devices. Fast charging starts on its own if the phone supports it.
Keep it cool. The board gets warm under load, so leave room for airflow and avoid a sealed box.
Questions buyers ask
Is it compatible with Arduino?
It is not a shield or sensor, so there is nothing to program. It works as a power source: plug an Arduino, ESP32 or Raspberry Pi into any USB port for steady 5V.
What input voltage can I use?
6V to 32V DC, so 12V and 24V batteries and adapters both work. The input must be at least 2V above the output voltage. For 12V fast-charge output, use a higher input than a 12V battery gives.
Can it fast-charge four phones at once?
Yes. Each port negotiates on its own. The total depends on your power source, so use a supply with enough current.
Does it work with iPhone and Samsung?
Samsung phones use the AFC protocol. iPhones charge at standard speed. USB-PD fast charging is not listed for this module.
Can I connect a solar panel directly?
Use a solar charge controller or battery in between. A panel on its own can go above 32V in open circuit.
