Description
Product Description (English)
The Electret Microphone Amplifier Module with adjustable gain is a compact, low-noise audio amplifier designed for use with electret microphone capsules. Built around the MAX4466 operational amplifier, it delivers clean and stable audio amplification with minimal distortion.
The onboard trimmer potentiometer allows you to adjust the amplification (gain) to match your project’s requirements. The module operates over a wide voltage range, making it compatible with Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, Raspberry Pi, and other microcontroller boards.
It captures audio signals across the human hearing range (20 Hz–20 kHz) and outputs an analog signal suitable for sound detection, voice recognition, audio recording, and interactive audio projects.

FAQ (English)
Q1: What is this module used for?
A: It amplifies the small signal from an electret microphone so it can be processed by microcontrollers or audio circuits.
Q2: How do I adjust the gain?
A: The onboard trimmer potentiometer allows adjusting gain from approximately 25× to 125×.
Q3: What voltage does it require?
A: It works from 2.4 V to 5.5 V DC, compatible with most microcontroller boards.
Q4: Can it connect directly to an ADC pin?
A: Yes, the analog output is DC biased and can be connected directly to microcontroller ADC pins.
Q5: Can it drive a speaker?
A: No, the output is designed for signal input, not for directly driving speakers.
